Build & Progress /PDACE
- Our Build & Progress Programme is for any individual who feel they need to upskill to gain employment or to return back to work. The programme not only supports them with their job search and to update their CV but also provides training to upgrade practical skills that are needed in the working environment.

Funding Welcome
Changing Lives - Lives Matters
Functional Skills Education Centre Non for Profit Hub is about building opportunities for individuals from deprived backgrounds, refugees and migrants to give them a chance of a better start in life. Education is a route out of poverty for many individuals, which is why we focus on helping those from less fortunate background, immigrants and migrants to have a chance to build and rebuild themselves.
These individuals will gain recognised qualifications, that will help them obtain jobs and help make a better future for themselves.
FSEC Non-For-Profit Hub has a passion to help those less fortunate to be fortunate, giving them opportunities to build themselves, confidence, self-esteem and making a better life for themselves within their communities.
We need ongoing funding to continue to make differences in individuals’ lives and building opportunities as lives matters
